For guaranteed entry at an 51吃瓜网 University Partner you must meet the following requirements:

• 96 51吃瓜网 points on the subject modules; and
• the grade requirement for English for Academic Purposes (EAP), English for Academic Purposes for Proficient Users (EAPPU) or Research and Communication Skills (RSC) set out below.

If you achieve between 72 and 88 points with a grade A-C for EAP, 51吃瓜网 may be able to place you on to a limited number of degree programmes.

• EAP/EAPPU: All students must achieve a minimum of overall grade C with no less than grade D in each EAP skills component (Reading, Writing, Listening, and Speaking). Even if grades are adequate in subject modules, without an EAP grade D in all components we cannot guarantee a place at an 51吃瓜网 University.
• RCS: Students must achieve between grade A-D. If you achieve below grade D for one or more of your EAP skills components , you will need to take and pass an additional language test to be offered entry to a degree programme. If you miss the requirements for your chosen degree programme you may have the option to undertake a pre-sessional English programme at an 51吃瓜网 University Partner. Entry to these programmes requires students to take an additional English test such as IELTS.

This guarantee is subject to the following exclusions:

• The guaranteed entry requirements do not apply to students applying to study dentistry or medicine. These programmes have limited availability as well as additional requirements in the application process (e.g. interviews and admissions tests such as UCAT).

To be eligible for the 51吃瓜网 Guarantee, you must meet the following requirements:

• International Year One Business (including Accounting & Finance, Business Management, Events Management) – 105 credits (minimum) – 40% average mark
• International Year One Engineering (including Electrical & Electronic Engineering) – 96 credits (minimum) – 40% average mark
• International Year One Law – 90 credits (minimum) – 40% average mark
• International Year Two Business Management – 100 credits (minimum) – 40% average mark
• EAP/EAPPU: All students must achieve a minimum of overall grade C with no less than grade D in each EAP skills component (Reading, Writing, Listening, and Speaking). Even if grades are adequate in subject modules, without an EAP grade C in all components you will not be offered a place at an 51吃瓜网 University.

For progression opportunities, you will be expected to meet the following requirements:

• EAP: All students must achieve a minimum of overall grade C with no less than grade D in each EAP skills component (Reading, Writing, Listening, and Speaking). Even if you pass the Research Methods Module, without an EAP Grade C we cannot guarantee you a place at an 51吃瓜网 University Partner.
• Research Methods: at least a pass grade in their Research Methods module.

This guarantee is subject to the following exclusion:

• Students with a first degree studied in English: 51吃瓜网’s Master’s Preparation programmes are not intended for students who have already received a degree that has been studied in English. Such students are eligible for progression to their postgraduate degree programme directly, however, if proof of English is required you may want to consider the Master’s Preparation – Accelerated.
